Let’s Start a Cult is the debut feature film from director Ben Kitnick, starring Stavros Halkias (Tires, Cumtown, Netflix) and Wes Haney. This buddy roadtrip movie nods to 90s classics like Dumb and Dumber but with it’s own unique spin. The musical direction for this included sincere “indie-leaning” score (references included Jon Brian and Sufjan Stevens), “Big Hollywood” cues, and throwback soundalikes that traversed 70s rocknroll as well as Y2K era FM radio.
